All users that have questions about getting the emails to your computer, and have been using only the webmail here, below is the information you need.

First, you need to decide which client you would like to use. A mail client is simply a program that accesses and downloads your mail to you computer. You can read most of the information you need here. The basic process is to setup the client to get the mail from the old server. The information needed for this is here:
1. The mail servers name. (mail.mptelco.com)
2. The account information. (your email address and your password)
3. The account login id. (the old email server uses the first part of your email address as the user name)
Use this information to set up your client, along with the information found here. Once the switch is made, you will need to change this information slightly. The information for the new mail server will be mostly the same, with these exceptions:
1. The mail servers name will stay the same. (mail.mptelco.com)
2. The account information will have the temporary password unless you have changed it here.
3. The account login id. (also called the user id, will be your entire email address)
The change will be later night, around 8:30 or 9:00 pm. This should be plenty of time for customers that have only been using the old webmail to get their messages.
***NOTE***
Please try not to download unimportant messages that are large. If there is a video in your webmail, and you have already seen it or it is just not important, please just delete the message on the webmail. Downloading large files from the old server will only use bandwidth that that server does not have much of. This will cause customers that have important emails to take longer to download the messages. I hope this isn't too much of an inconvenience.
